Single girl food


  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 3 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté zucchini 4-5 minutes, stirring often, or until tender-crisp. Add spaghetti sauce and macaroni. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese.
