Buttered toast Egg whites Egg yolks Seasoning Keep buttered toast well warmed. Beat as many eggs as needed for the amount of toast you are using. Beat eggs until stiff then in some butter put over low gas and cook while whisking until semi stiff.. Place eggs on toast slices, then cover slices with grated parmesan or cheshire. Season well. Let brown slightly in a hot oven. |
