
- 10 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
- 1/2 chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Preparation
- Prepare chicken in single layer in baking dish.
- Add yogurt, basil and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Blend them well and spread over chicken.
- Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan and sprinkle over chicken.
(If making before, cover and freeze about 6 hours.) - Bake chicken in the oven with 375-degrees heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is ripe.

Licorice Basil contains anethole, the same chemical that makes anise smell like licorice, and in fact is sometimes called Anise Basil. Basil and oregano contain large amounts of (E)-beta-caryophyllene (BCP), which might have a use in treating inflammatory bowel diseases and arthritis.
