DONT EAT POISON FOLLOW THIS DIET

Its a fact that its just as easy to eat good than eat poison you just need a little bit of energy and a bit more money but it will cost you less than a doctor.A good diet consists of the following, if you do this for a year you will lose pounds and you will lose it silently and you be healthy

1. MONDAY .

 BREAKFAST Fresh fruit cocktail (dont put yoghurt on top unless its totally pure most are toxic).
Slice of wholemeal toast very lightly buttered , some marmalade if biological if not leave it. Tea

LUNCH: Mixed Salad . Lettuce, Toms, cucumber, apple , strawberries, rocket , celery, a few nuts like hazlenuts and walnuts, break some cheese like Feta into the salad, not that much plus add a little balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil . If at work then eat a wholemeal roll with salad inside plus some feta cheese. Make sure everything is biological. Drink one pint of water , gassy is ok. After another fruit salad and Coffe made from real italian mix.

DINNER .

Mixed salad as above, any ingredients but must be biological , new potatoes in mint sauce made fresh , one slice of fresh wholemeal bread .One glass of dry Italian spumante then a proper Italian Coffee use natural honey .

TUESDAY : Two poached eggs, 6 Tomatoes grilled, some Baked beans (about half a glass) on one big slice of wholemeal bread. Fruit cocktail , coffee and one pint of water with a whole lemon squeezed in , buy yourself a poacheralways buy biological eggs NEVER CHEAP EGGS!!!!

LUNCH : Wholemeal Pasta with tomato sauce . Then a big salad as above. After an orange and an apple . Coffee

DINNER ; LARGE POTATO IN ITS JACKET WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF CHEESE AS FILLING . Big Salad and then medium fruit salad . Glass of spumante . Coffee and small slice of wholemeal cake

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST; Baked Beans on toast, grilled tomatoes, grilled Mushrooms, Fruit salad Coffee
