Put six eggs in a bowl, make sure they are fresh.add a little milk bout third of a glass and then on the lowest gas and bang into a frying pan where you have melted a nice big knob of butter (after letting it melt but not go brown) 
keep stirring until you get a creamy massThey should be just slightly runny.butter some great bread the best you can get and then add just a spoy of H.P on top. done as wanker says
