Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water according to the packet instructions or until al dente.While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a small pan over a low heat. Add the a half pound of raw parma ham , one small tub of creme fraiche and lemon zest. Cook about 2 minutes). Add about two tablespoons of lemon juiceDrain the pasta and pour over olive oil bout two tablespoons. Add two fists of rocket leaves and two of parmesan and toss well.Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve .
