Seville Pork Chops

Method:

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
In a bowl combine the marmalade, soy sauce and garlic.
Add the pork chops and coat in the mixture and transfer all into a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile fry the potatoes in a large frying pan in the vegetable oil until crisp and golden, approximately 10 minutes.
Serve the potatoes with the pork chops.
