the only hackett I found that was modereately ok was this after looking at their web site, on m and s I didnt find anything, their site is a wasteland for ties , lots of crap that you see tv presnters on uk tv wearing.Charles tywhitt had thisthe only thing that stood out and great with a midnight blue db suit.
debenhams had this terrific tieit would go well with a mid grey db suit or a dark blue, excellent tie made by conran.this sky blue check one isnt bad to be honest if worn with a mid blue suit.aqnother decent one at debenhams, goes great with a lighter grey flannel suit.. at the house of fraser mostly a desert but i found thisits a jungle out there as monk says, at pink theres basically fuck all ,lots of bright colours but nothing much wowthis is a nice piece though from pink but its 60 notes a lotthis was the only thing i really reckon at pink and of course goes well with black suits or grey..the story is the same at ralph lauren, hardly anything worth really having biut this is nicet.m.lewin looks a bit betteri think the trad guards tie here red and deeop blue is always a winner to be the polka dot white on burgandy is a must if you hav e a grey chalkstripeplus this regimental green blue onethe navy blue one here is not badlewin also has this brilliant cravat. lewin comes out ot better than the others really but one thing i want to say is dont buy the wide ties that are still around , its all narrow now the wides will be obsolete very soon, at paul smith as well as browns theres a whole heap of pretty boring stuff so not included as is jaegar a forgettab outit, so onto libertya nick bronson tie at 45 pounds , nice tie to be honest but the rest is ordinary. drakeslovely knitted polka dot, but big money here manthis is not bad if worn with a mid blue suit on a white shirt, remember to wear a boston or cutaway collar as most other collars around now are well crapthis tie is really nice by lands end
Hand sewn in the U.S. of 100% English silk.
