if you ever get to my part of the world and its not easy check out the following in the shops

buy the sausages made with pork and beef and that have lemon rind in them
then buy the huge round loaves that have a yellow flour colour
buy some "rustici" in a bar or a pastry shop that have them
then buy a bottle of Lacrima
then go home and have a meal
